11/8/20 Mark 12:38-44 “Giving-Trusting Jesus!” Our society has really changed in nearly 70 years that I have been around. I was raised so that I would always answer the phone. I get nervous when it rings and rings. I would say that isn’t always the case...
11/1/20 Mark 12:28-34 “Standing from a Wheel Chair!” Sometimes being a pastor has all sorts of different unscheduled events. This doesn’t happen much anymore but I used to get phone calls with all sorts of questions. One time I had a fellow talk for 45 minutes...
10/25/20 Mark 10:46-52 “Are You Blind?” It has been my experience that the longer I know someone, the better I get to know them on a more personal basis. I think this is a pretty safe statement and, of course, there are exceptions. Over the years...

9/13/20 James 3:1-13 “Two Ears, One Mouth!” This is always a fun time of year when I can start to welcome people back from their summer vacations. Have you ever noticed how even if you take a vacation or the summer off, life doesn’t take time...
9/6/20 James 2:1-13 “Warnings and Angels” I think that it is interesting how sometimes after I give a sermon on a certain topic, that I will open the paper, or hear on the radio or be involved in a conversation that is the exact point of...
