6/6/21 Luke 7:11-17 “Shock and Awe or Love and Awe!” I have noticed that before I sit down and write a sermon, I always start with a blank screen and usually a blank mind, but that is a whole other topic. Everybody has their own way...
5/30/21 Proverbs 8:1-4, 22-31 “Are You Wise or Are You Not Wise?” As I was doing a little research for this week’s sermon, I happened across a wonderful quote from one of the founding fathers of this country, John Adams. He said, “I am apt to...
5/23/21 Acts 2:1-21 “Do You Live in the Fog?” It’s getting to be a few years ago now, but I used to take part in two baccalaureate services every May. Sometimes it was even more exciting for me as I would give the sermon. I remember one...

4/4/21 John 20:1-18 “He Lives Today!” It is finally Easter morning and it is time to celebrate. I have noticed this past week how we have not commercialized Easter quite like we have Christmas. Around July 4, the stores start to get their Christmas stuff ready...
